The Call

We are embarking on a transformational 14-day fast from January 19-February 1, as we boldly align ourselves under God's protection!

Purpose

Preparing for The Fast

Physical

  • In the days before the fast, consume lighter foods to ready the body for the sudden change in routine.

  • Assess your limits.

    • Decide the level of sacrifice that best fits you.

Spiritual

  • Customize your fasting focus to suit your personal needs. For instance, determine what you are trusting God to accomplish in terms of the affirmations and declarations mentioned above.

The Work Begins

Fasting is a profound journey that demands significant sacrifice but offers even greater rewards. Instead of focusing on the reward, embrace the journey and the closeness it fosters with God and others. Stay positive, rejoice continuously, pray without stopping, and give thanks in all circumstances.
